Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Disciplina iOS app ("the app") provided by Collective Engineering Corporation ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms.
AI features
Some features use AI: logging food from a photo, a voice note or a short description, and breaking a focus task into steps. When you use one, what you submit (the photo, recording or text) is sent through our server to an AI provider, currently OpenAI or Google, to get the result. We don't keep it, the providers don't train their models on it, and your Apple Health data is never sent. AI results are estimates and can be wrong, so check them. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Refund requests
If you ask Apple for a refund of a subscription, you agree that we may share information about that subscription with Apple to help it decide: whether the subscription was delivered and working, whether a free trial or a description of its features was available before purchase, and our view on the request. We share nothing else, and Apple makes the final decision.
Not medical advice
The app provides general nutrition and fitness information for personal tracking. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
